How you use it is what shapes your experience.

Each healing session follows a similar format: We begin with an explanation of each activation, its purpose, what you can expect to feel, and potential outcomes.

You’ll lie on your mat, enjoy a deeply relaxing meditation before you immerse yourself in sacred music. You’ll connect with the energy tingling through your body as it floods you with empowerment and new beginnings. I’ll work in your energy field, clearing your chakras and meridians, activating and recalibrating your energy centres and bringing in an intense transmission of life-force energy.

You’ll feel the energy activating through your body, raising both your vibration and your expectations about what you want and deserve in your life. These three modalities are safe, effective and work organically within the limits of your individual energy field, to support your expansion and growth. The rest is up to you.

After each one you’ll feel lighter, brighter, more connected, motivated, centred and grounded with sharpened senses and deep intuitive clarity. Above all you’ll feel contented, peaceful and supremely calm.
