Preparing yourself and your environment:

Dress and participate as if you are in a normal workshop
Have your notebook, pen and water bottle ready
Have a good chair to support you for the duration
Ensure good lighting for others to see you and to write notes
Be ready, present and participate for the entire time
Prepare a quiet, private space (ideally not a bedroom)
Alert those in your environment that you are doing a course and meditations
As we will be sharing, ensure you are not interrupted, nor have others in your space

Preparing your technology:

A computer is preferable over a phone connection
Use a quality headset or clear microphone
Test your video and microphone beforehand (head and shoulders in frame and good audio)
If possible use ‘do not disturb’ mode (phones) and turn off notifications
