Clash at the Coast II

Registration:

• Starts at 8:30 AM, Event begins promptly at 9:00 AM

Location:

• Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub, 124 Wallace Street, Nowra 2541

Duration:

• 5 Rounds, 2 hours 30 minutes per game
• Day 1: 3 games
• Day 2: 2 games

Breaks:

• 15-minute breaks between games
• 1 hour lunch break each day
• BBQ lunch provided for a gold coin donation both days (vegetarian and vegan options available)

Entry Requirements:

• Entry Fee: $60 per participant
  • $40 of each entry fee goes to support the Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub
  • $20 per entry goes towards prize support
• Registration Time: 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM

Tournament Format:

• Game System: Conquest: Last Argument of Kings
• Army Size: 2000 points
• Rounds: 5 Rounds over 2 days
• Game Length: 2 hours 30 minutes per game
• Scoring: Mission-based, with awards for best sport and best painted, as voted by the community

Schedule:

Day 1:

• 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Registration and Army List Submission
• 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Round 1
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
• 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Round 2
• 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Round 3

Day 2:

• 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Round 4
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
• 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Round 5

Player Requirements:
Participants must bring:

• A 2000-point army
• Dice and measuring tape
• Two printed copies of their army list
• Two objective markers (cavalry stands can be used to create markers)

THERE IS NO PAINTING REQUIREMENT HOWEVER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE LUCKY DOOR PRIZES YOU WILL NEED TO BE PAINTED
