Class of 2000 Reunion

Well, we didn’t get our 20 year reunion last year no thanks to COVID, so we are going “all-in” on this one to make it once in a 20-year epic party.

We’ve got exclusive hire of the main “Cocktail Garden” area of The Matriarch, which is a fabulous new-ish venue in Newstead. For the modest ticket fee of just $50 per person (partners welcome!), this will help cover the costs of providing delicious canapes, a wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, and premium beer and wine all throughout the evening. On top of that, we’ve got some the best local DJ’s providing music for the night and we’ll have a Zoom for anyone interstate or overseas who can’t make it but might want to “Drop-in” for a virtual drink. For those overseas or interstate who can’t make it – please let us know, and Lyre’s will be sending you a few celebratory drinks to have with us on the night.

With the uncertainty of COVID on numbers, minimum spend has already been taken of to ensure we have an amazing, premium experience, and overall costs for the event have been generously been subsidized by Lyre’s Spirit Co (thanks Carl!).

For contract tracing requirements, you will be asked to check in on arrival at the event, and this information will be shared with the relevant authorities should the need arise. Social distancing measures will be in place during the function, and we ask that you follow the directions of our friendly staff at all times. Should you become unwell during the course of the event, please notify a member of staff immediately.
