  1. Ticket Purchase & Finality

  All online tickets must be purchased by September 18th, 2026 at 8:30pm MST.

  Tickets are available at the door and are first come first serve. Attendees must be 21 or older at the time of purchase. By completing this transaction on Humanitix, you agree that refunds are available only at North Star Productions’ sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Transfers, or exchanges will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to find the secret location (if applicable), dissatisfaction with the secret lineup (if applicable), weather, or denial of entry due to failure to adhere to the dress code.

  2. Entry Requirements

  • ID Verification: This event is 21+ and age will be verified prior to entry. To prevent ticket scalping and scams, the name on the ticket must match your government-issued photo ID. Entry will be denied without a valid ID.

  • Dress Code Enforcement: CLASSIFIED 303 is a black tie event. Formal attire is mandatory. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to any guest not meeting the aesthetic requirements.

  3. Media Release & Likeness Consent

  North Star Productions features professional photo booths and live performance documentation. By entering this event, you grant the Event Organizer the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and appearance in any photo, video, or audio recording for promotional and commercial usage without compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve these materials.

  4. Data Collection & Promotional Usage

  By purchasing a ticket, you consent to have your information (name and email) collected for promotional usage. You will be added to the North Star Productions mailing list for event updates and future announcements. You may opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
  

  By attending the event, you grant North Star Productions the right to capture, use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media captured during the event, including your image and voice, for promotional, advertising, marketing, and other commercial purposes in any format or media, whether now existing or developed in the future, without compensation or further approval.

  5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

  Any attempt to initiate a credit card chargeback for a validly issued ticket is a violation of these terms. The Event Organizer uses Humanitix’s secure payment processing to track ticket delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using these agreed-to terms and may result in the attendee being blacklisted from all future events.

  6. Health, Safety, & Liability

  North Star Productions may provide hors d’oeuvres, an elixir bar, alcoholic beverages (for purchase) and a decompression lounge. Attendees consume all food and beverages at their own risk. Drinks are not included in ticket price. The Event Organizer is not liable for any injury, loss of property, or personal health issues arising from participation in the event.

  7. Assumption of Risk

  By purchasing a ticket and entering CLASSIFIED 303, Attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with a live event involving music, dance, low lighting, and live performances. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or theft.

  8. Hold Harmless

  Attendees acknowledge purchase and attendance is voluntary and hereby release, waive, and forever discharge North Star Productions LLC, its organizers, employees, and the venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands of any nature. Attendees agree to hold such persons harmless from any expenses or damages (including attorney fees) arising from attendees’ attendance or participation in the event.

• Are drinks included?

  No, drinks are not included with your ticket price. All drinks are to be purchased separately through the bar on-site.

• When do we get our photo's sent to us?

  Your edited photos will be available for purchase after one week from the event. Guests will receive a link via email to purchase. A percentage of the proceeds will go to North Star's charitable organization of choice.

• Will there be food?

  Yes, small bites and hors d'oeuvres will be provided during the cocktail hour from 7-8pm.
