Classroom Basics for Busy Music Educators

This full-day professional learning experience offers two dynamic, hands-on workshops tailored for primary and secondary educators.

The morning session, Ukulele Basics for Busy Educators, provides:

• Basic chords and strumming patterns

• Classroom management

• Beginner-friendly songs and ready-to-use teaching resources.

In the afternoon, Latin American Percussion for Busy Educators introduces vibrant rhythms like the samba through body percussion, shakers, and everyday objects. Participants will gain:

• Practical tools and tutorials

• Classroom resources

• Ensemble pieces to build inclusive, sustainable music programs that spark creativity and joy in the classroom.
