May we dance together in these times of great turning. Rewilding the language of our bodies and deepening this connection to the soil of our soul.

No "experience" required, come as you are. You were born from vibration. You already are the dance and the dancer, being danced.

The specifically curated soundscape and guidance is intended to support deeper embodiment of your freedom of expression.

Arrive 5- 10 minutes early to settle into the space.

The altar will also be a co-creation so if there is anything from home or nature you would like to bring to offer to the altar you can place it there before the dance and collect it after.

Yet the fire of blood, thought, and soul moves through the body. Its whole life energy flows in a subtle circle of the water element. We have come up out of the depths of the earth. Regardless of how modern we seem, we still remain ancient sisters and brothers of the one clay. In each of us a different part of the mystery becomes luminous. To truly be and become your self, you need the ancient radiance of others".
