Heal the Woman Within at Clay, Fire & Steam Women's Retreat at The Farm for Wellbeing from 1 - 3 August 2025.

Hello Wise Woman!

Have you ever crafted with clay?
Experienced a Sweat Lodge?
Heard of Yoni Steaming?
Sat within the magic of a Wisdom Circle?
Do you enjoy meditation and yoga, or ever tried them? All levels of experience are welcomed here.

Join this gathering of wise women and you will do that and more!

You will meet with the Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water as you come home to you and your inner world.

Using your own creativity (yes it is in you!) you will work with clay and sculpt your choice of woman figure: it could be Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone, Goddess or what emerges with the help of an experienced artist. Plus the opportunity to play with clay again the next day when you make a Ceremonial Vessel.

During the weekend you will also witness the firing of your creations. Cool hey!!?

In the Wisdom Circle you will learn how the Moon guides you and you will have time to share some of your story as you are heard and held within this sacred space plus receive the 2025 - 2026 Wise Woman Within You Daily Guidance Booklet and Moon Planner - the 7th edition!

In the mornings there will be yoga & meditation.

Saturday evening will be a Sweat Lodge and the intention setting for release within it! **Weather permitting

Joan's partner, Urs, will be the Fire Keeper. He is experienced with doing all the Sweat Lodge fire keeping at the farm over the last few years.

On Sunday journey through an ancient ritual that awakens your Womb-Throat Connection, Inner Power & Body Wisdom with Ceremonial Yoni Steaming in a held, sacred space with a woman who has journeyed a long time to hold this for you , the lovely Vesna Maryam Cavic!

Also so much time for connection...with yourself, the other women in this small intimate gathering and of course Mother Nature, to walk the Labyrinth and allow your own answers to emerge for you.

Held on 24 acres, you are invited to go into Nature during the weekend, to walk and be on the Land and perhaps even choose to camp! (We have some swags so let Joan know if you wish to use one). Otherwise you will be staying in the dorms (BYO bed sheets, single doona or sleeping bag, pillow and towel).

This is a cleansing weekend due to the Sweat Lodge and the Yoni Steaming so food will be light, healthy and nourishing. All food is provided. And the endless cuppas which is a constant offering at the farm.

So it looks like this....

Friday

4:00pm Arrive and settle into dorm or set up your tent.

6:00pm Shared dinner **please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. IMPORTANT

7:00pm - 9.00 pm Wisdom Circle with Joan Carpenter & Tania Kunze( Tatty K). Tune into your own wise woman as Joan guides meditation as well as explaining how the Wise Woman Within You way can help you do life in bite sized pieces so as to flow easier and avoid exhaustion. After this during Circle Tania will guide you whilst making a murti/Goddess/woman figure to cultivate and nurture the goddess within you through this process of making a personally significant woman figure from clay. The items will then be slowly dried overnight to be wrapped in leaves and fired in the kiln on Saturday that Tania will create here at the farm. So cool to see them on Sunday when they are revealed!!

Saturday

7.30-8.30am Meditation/Yoga with Utama

8:30am - 9:30am Veggies & eggs.

10:30am - 1:00pm Make your own pottery ceremonial vessel with Tania. Learn the techniques for creating your own ceremonial tea cup or vessel out of pottery. These vessels will be available 4 weeks later at Tania's studio in Littlehampton. The woman figures will be available to take home on Sunday.

1:00pm - 2:00pm Break and fruit, lemon water or herbal teas due to sweat lodge later.

2:00pm Labyrinth Walk with Joan Carpenter.

3:00pm - 5:00pm Setting up the Sweat Lodge, setting intentions for the Lodge in Circle.

5:30ish Sweat Lodge - enter at sunset

After the Sweat Lodge we will share soup, bread and crumble in the Wellbeing Centre followed by a Sharing Circle to check in with everyone before bedtime.

10.00 Encouraged lights out.

Sunday

7.30 - 8.30am Meditation/Yoga with Utama

8:30am - 9:30am Light Breakfast (muesli, fruit, yogurts) - due to Yoni Steaming

9:30am - 11:00am Pack up Camp/bedding/time in nature.

11:00am - 2:00pm Yoni Steaming Circle with Vesna: Allow the gentle warmth & aromatic herbs to rise up, gently nourishing & healing your womb space as you experience rich ceremony, sisterhood and the medicinal power of YOUR Primal Voice.

2:00pm After a short break - Circle to close with a grazing platter.

Ingredients for wraps will be available for you to make your own before you leave the farm.
