Each participant will create a unique Sacred Vessel — a personal reflection of inner wisdom, emotion, and creativity. No artistic experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

What to Expect:

• A calming welcome and circle connection

• Guided visualisation meditation: “The Vessel Within”

• Drawing and symbolic design of your sacred vessel

• Intuitive hand-building with clay using natural textures and symbols

• Time for gentle sharing, reflection, and journaling

• A nourishing lunch with all-day access to herbal teas, coffee, and snacks

• A closing circle to honour each creation
