We are each creating the reality we live in and how that looks, depends on how we are showing up in the world! Which parts of you are running your day to day and which parts are hidden away? Who is really behind the weaving of your life? Is it time to unlock the Hidden YOU and give her creative license?!
Join art therapist Caz Rieniets and explore your inner creative self (or whoever it is you have hidden away) through clay-play. Clay is an incredibly therapeutic material because of its sensory qualities and Caz loves sharing the fun of exploring our inner worlds through clay!
Suitable for women, aged 21+. No previous art experience or skill necessary! Just a desire to explore and have fun.
