About the Session: Migrating to Australia at the age of 8, Mark took any job to gain experience, including washing dishes and mopping floors as well as volunteer work. Mark believes that anyone who puts in the effort can make significant long-term progress. From humble beginnings, Mark has advanced to be awarded many winning titles, among them being named: International Award Winner for business strategy and leadership with American Express; #1 CPA in Australia; 40 under 40 winner with EY; in the top 10 business leaders in Australia with Optus; as well as being named in Australia's top 100 young entrepreneurs.

Mark has broad and deep competencies spanning across Business Ownership, Governance, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, Risk Management and Leadership and primarily works with business owners as a Co-CEO, inter-connecting all business functions to achieve growth and improvement. Mr Lim has a Bachelor of Commerce & Finance and studied at the University of South Australia, and gained a scholarship to study at Ohio University (USA). He completed a post-graduate CPA and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
