Clear-Cut | Preview Screening @ Altar Wine Bar, Milton
Description
Join us for a special event screening of Clear-Cut on Sunday November 15, 2026 - a documentary about the forests on our doorstep by local filmmaker Andrew Kaineder.
What began as a mission to save Big Spotty, the world’s tallest known Spotted Gum, has grown into a journey through the forests of the NSW South Coast and an investigation into native forest logging in NSW.
Part eco-adventure and part stumped satire, Clear-cut combines beautiful cinematography, humour and local stories to explore what’s happening west of the princes highway, and why it matters. This is a chance to see the film before its wider release and be part of the conversation with the community that helped bring it to life.
