Join us on the grasslands and floodplains of a protected Savernake property for an interactive field day focused on enhancing farm dams, conserving wetland environments, and improving water management.
Featuring guest presenters from:
- ANU Sustainable Farms
- NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust
- Local Land Services
- and more!
This event will include activities and sessions covering:
- Dam/wetland enhancement and aquatic vegetation
- Water bug (macroinvertebrate) identification as indicators of water quality
- Private land conservation and biodiversity management
- An intro to farm water planning and actions
A free event, with morning tea and lunch provided.
