You might have seen pictures of Social Mums doing the Park Run/Walk and wanted to give it a go... here's your chance!

Park Walk/Run mornings are a beautiful way to start your Saturday... it's the ultimate combo of fresh air, exercise, nature, connection and coffee!
Come and try it for yourself.
Please register here so I know who and how many to expect! 
Kids are welcome - either in a pram/buggy or if they want to run/walk they can.
You are also welcome to bring your partner - we often have Dads and partners join us for coffee and connection too.
You can bring dogs too - but the rule at all Park Runs is either a dog or a pram for safety reasons.
Before you attend, if you want to compete or track your time each time you run, register for Park Run to get a bar code - it's free.

Where: The walk/run starts near the pergola in the NE corner of Henry Ziegenfusz Park, just to the left of the path, on the concrete half basketball court

When: meet at the starting position at 6.45 for briefing and mingle before we set off

You'll see Talia in her pink Social Mums Club t-shirt with the hot pink Social Mums Club sign near the starting position - come say hi, warm up, mingle and get ready for the walk/run!

Once you're done, just head down to the QT's cafe - Talia will be there from about 8am
