Cliché

CLICHÉ is a comedy that juggles joy and melancholy. Literally. This short play combines clowning, pantomime, and improv to tell a story that could belong to anyone who’s ever had to say goodbye.

Two nameless characters meet through art and wordlessly tumble into the chaotic circus of life. With nothing but gestures, gags, and good ol’-fashioned clownery, they create a slapstick and heartfelt journey through the ups, downs, and cartwheels (?) of human connection.

Written and directed by Jonathan Collet, CLICHÉ is theater within theater, a red-nosed romp through the reality none of us can escape: clichés. (Cue the tiny violin.)

CLICHÉ" es una comedia que juega con la alegría y la melancolía . Literalmente. Esta obra corta combina clown, pantomima e improvisación teatral para contar una historia que podría ser la historia de cualquier persona que haya tenido que decir adiós.

Dos personajes sin nombre se encuentran a través del arte y , sin palabras, se mueven en el caótico circo de la vida. Haciendo uso de sus gestos, bromas e improvisaciones, crean un viaje sincero a través de los altibajos y las volteretas que da la vida.
