Clifton Grove Biodiversity Project September

Get to know the Clifton Grove bushland and help us improve it for the many wonderful animals that live here. Home to koalas, Greater Gliders, Krefft's Gliders, Barking Owls, Powerful Owls, echidnas, red necked wallabies and many other species, you never know what you might see. Sadly, erosion and invasive weeds are spreading in Clifton Grove which compromise food sources and habitat for its wildlife. Recently, working bees have worked towards identifying the worst areas of invasive weed and also preparing a 3km stretch of barbed wire for removal. At this working bee, we will help prevent further spread of erosion, plant some endemic natives and identify projects for further working bees.

Please wear sturdy shoes appropriate clothing and bring thick gloves.
