Warren and Mahoney, in partnership with Cosgroves, invites you to a coffee discussion with local architects and engineers.
We will discuss how we can practice climate action through design to realise our low carbon vision for Tamaki Makaurau Auckland. The built environment has continued to contribute to increased carbon footprints across the globe, and the industry is in a fast period of change.
Beyond reducing emissions caused through construction, we need to consider the wider impact of a project throughout its full lifespan. How does this align to New Zealand’s net zero carbon by 2050 commitment? What can we do to ensure the spaces we design today have a positive impact on our planet, long after project completion?
In this event we will share our thoughts on these questions and how we can lead the charge toward a more sustainable future through better design.
