Description

As we head towards the 2026 election, the choices our political leaders make will shape the health of our people and planet for generations to come.

Climate change is already affecting our lives and communities — from extreme weather and food security to housing, infectious disease and mental wellbeing. At the same time, our public health system urgently needs more funding, more resources for prevention and a greater focus on equity.

Action on climate and health supports healthier, more resilient and thriving communities but we need the next Government to prioritise the health of our people and environment.

So, what are the political parties planning to do?

Join us for the Climate & Health Public Forum, bringing together political representatives from across the spectrum, healthcare workers and climate advocates for lively, timely and essential debate.

Help us put the connection between climate and health on the political agenda this election. Join the conversation to make these issues impossible to ignore.

Tickets are free but space is limited. Register for your free ticket now.

Doors open 6:30pm, Forum starts 7pm.

Proudly co-hosted by OraTaiao: Aotearoa New Zealand Climate & Health Council and 350 Aotearoa.
