As the climate crisis continues, it's time that we all come together and reimagine our shared future.

That's what our virtual Climate Drinks & Green Speed Ideating event is all about.

And you're invited!

This is your chance to grab your favourite drink, get glammed up, and join us - from the comfort of your own home, for this one-of-a-kind virtual networking event, with a unique focus on climate action.

Throughout the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Mix and mingle with other passionate local changemakers, professionals and students
• Learn more about ideation and innovation
• Take part in a speed ideation session
• Listen to 3 inspirational speakers, who will share their stories, examine the drivers of climate change, and explore possible solutions

Speakers include Nicola Turner (Mainstream Green), Manaaki Nepia and Lorraine Dixon (Waikato Tainui), James Hutchinson (Kiwinet) and Dujon Cullingford as MC.

Tickets are free - and everyone is welcome! Age, cultural background and gender don’t matter - and we don't care whether you're a passionate climate activist, a sustainability expert, or just want to learn more.

Climathon Waikato

This is the fifth and final warm-up event in the lead-up to Climathon Waikato - a hackathon-style event focused on raising climate awareness and enabling climate action! The climax is an Ideathon, where you can work in a team with fellow changemakers from across the region, from November 15th - 19th, to develop tangible solutions for our climate challenges.
