🌍 Climate Fresk Family Workshop (Ages 10–15)

Do you care about our planet but feel unsure how to help protect it?
Are you curious about what’s happening to our climate — and why?

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where young people and their family members explore how our world is changing, and what we can do about it.

🎴 What is Climate Fresk Junior?

Climate Fresk Junior is a science-based, interactive card game designed especially for young people. It turns complex climate science into an engaging, collaborative experience that encourages curiosity, creativity and teamwork.

🌟 Around the world, more than 2.3 million people have already taken part in Climate Fresk workshops. Now it’s your turn!

🧠 How does the workshop work?

Using a set of 21 illustrated cards, each representing part of the climate system, kids work together to:

• Discover how different parts of the climate system are connected

• Identify cause-and-effect relationships

• Build a shared “Fresk” that shows the big picture of climate change

Guided by a trained facilitator, kids use collective thinking to solve the climate puzzle step by step.

The session finishes with a creative discussion about solutions and actions, supported by drawing, colouring and group reflection.

✏️ This is a hands-on workshop with lots of creativity and discussion.

👧🧒 Who is this workshop for?

• Young people aged 10–15 years

• No prior knowledge required — just curiosity!

📌 Important: A parent or guardian must remain on site for the full duration of the workshop and is therefore encouraged to participate. This is not a drop-and-go session.

Climate Fresk is a global educational initiative that raises awareness about the causes and consequences of climate change. The workshop is neutral and fact-based, drawing exclusively on established science from IPCC reports, and encourages positive, informed action.
