Clinical Will Guidance

As Dramatherapists, ensuring the continuity of care for our clients is a professional and ethical cornerstone. Whether you are an established private practitioner, a freelancer, or newly qualified, having a robust Clinical Will is essential for responsible practice. Although it is important for any therapy provider to have such measures in place.

You are invited to join us for a focused, one-hour online CPD session to mark the upcoming release of the official BADth Clinical Will Guide. This event is designed to provide a supportive space for professional reflection alongside your peers.

During this session, you will be among the first to explore the content of the new guidance document. The event emphasises interactive learning, offering the chance to engage in meaningful discussions and exploratory tasks with fellow Dramatherapists. These activities will be facilitated by Sarah Masters, a HCPC-registered Dramatherapist and Clinical Supervisor.

This event is open to all Dramatherapists and holds particular relevance for those currently in private practice or those just starting their careers. Please note that the official Clinical Will guide will be made available on the BADth Private Practice Committee’s webpage shortly after the conclusion of the event.

BADth CPD Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Fees To ensure 100% of your ticket price supports our professional CPD programmes, a small booking fee is added at the checkout. Please note that this fee is non-refundable as it is a direct charitable contribution processed at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellations (14+ Days Notice) If you cancel your registration 14 days or more before the event date, you will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price (excluding the booking fee).

3. Cancellations (Less than 14 Days Notice) If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no monetary refunds will be issued. However, you have two flexible options:

• Transfer to a Colleague: You may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost.

• Credit for Future CPD: You may transfer your booking to another BADth CPD session of equal value (to be used within 6 months).

Important: To take advantage of a transfer or credit, you must contact BADth at amind@badth.org.uk at least 7 days before the event.

4. Late Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Notice) Due to fixed costs related to speaker fees and administration, any cancellations or transfer requests made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

5. Event Cancellation by BADth If BADth cancels an event (e.g., due to low enrolment or speaker illness), delegates will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price (excluding the booking fee).
