Clinician to Leader Adelaide Workshop

There are only two months left of the year, but it is not too late to change the course of your career by commencing the new year with a strategic plan for yourself.

You are already an excellent clinician. You recognise that leadership requires a different set of skills. You want to pursue the pathway to leadership but need some more guidance or to know where to start.

This interactive half-day workshop will show you. It is for experienced clinicians who are preparing for their first leadership role or have recently stepped into one. Experienced facilitator and speaker Mirella Vagnarelli opens with a keynote revealing her own path from clinician to executive health leader. From there, you will work through how to shift your mindset from expert clinician to leader, how to secure your first leadership role, and what to expect once you are in it. The morning is hands-on, with reflective activities, small group discussion, real-world scenarios and peer coaching.

You will leave with a personal action plan, a circle of peers who understand the shift, completed worksheets to keep and a surprise or two. Morning tea is included.
