Clock Issue (the solo project of Paul Walker from Sgnls and Lesser Known Neutrinos) accompanied by Kyle Press (from Upholstery and Tianguis) is an avant-electro-pop project. Releasing their second album, and first tape on this night of pageantry, electronica, and good cheer.
