Clothes Swap & Presentation with 'The Curated Wardrobe' Stylist - City of Armadale

Join us for an early evening with 'The Curated Wardrobe' Stylist Hazel Law, followed by a Care to Rewear Clothes Swap event, Hazel's first time presenting in Armadale.

This event marks Buy Nothing Month, a chance to celebrate the growing movement away from fast fashion and unnecessary consumption and to prove that looking and feeling good doesn't have to cost the planet, or your wallet.

Sustainable Styling Masterclass: Build Your Style Strategy

What if you could create more outfits without buying more clothes? In this practical masterclass, you'll learn how to break down a look you love and recreate it with items you already own. We'll cover outfit building 101, how to shop trends from within your own wardrobe, and how to build a style strategy that works for you. You'll leave with practical skills and a fresh way of thinking about your clothes, so every new piece you bring in makes more outfits, not just more clutter.

With Australia now the second-highest consumer of textiles in the world, this is a great opportunity to learn how to make a real impact by rethinking and reducing textile waste.

Bring along the items from your wardrobe that you no longer wear which you are proud to pass on clothing, shoes and accessories all welcome.

Swap them for preloved, new-to-you items to refresh your wardrobe sustainably. Ciara will be on hand to guide you on your personal style journey as you shop the swap.

How the afternoon works:

🕟 4:30pm - 5:00pm: Presentation ticket holders arrive and drop off pre-loved items (up to 10 items, including clothing, shoes and accessories)

🎤 5:00pm - 6:00pm: Presentation with Ciara

👗 6:00pm - 6:30pm: Exclusive early swap access for Presentation + Early Swap ticket holders

🌍 6:30pm -7:30pm: Clothes swap opens to everyone. Swap Only ticket holders can drop off up to 5 items (including clothing, shoes and accessories) from 7:00pm.
