This August, step into a once in a lifetime tasting experience at Firma Italian, where Cloudburst founder and winemaker Will Berliner will host an intimate evening of storytelling, philosophy, and extraordinary wines. Crafted in minuscule quantities from a single vineyard in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Cloudburst wines are among the most sought after in the world. Typically, reserved for collectors and rarely seen outside private cellars.

This event marks the only Cloudburst wine dinner in Queensland, giving guests exclusive access to a lineup of back vintage and current release wines, poured side by side to explore the evolution of one of Australia’s most elusive estates.

Each wine has been carefully paired with a five-course menu, designed to bring out the nuance, texture, and character of these singular expressions. From early release Chardonnays through to rich, compact Cabernets, guests will experience the full arc of Cloudburst’s precision and purity. Led personally by the winemaker who defied convention to create them.

Guests will enjoy a welcome wine on arrival, followed by four tasting brackets paired with matching courses, culminating in a rare Cabernet flight alongside artisanal cheese.
