Hailing from London, The Trip is the collaborative DJ and production project of Max van Dijk and Oli Hiam – co-founders of the long-running record label and party series Tessellate. Since 2013, Tessellate has become a staple of the UK underground scene, hosting cutting-edge dance floors across Europe and beyond.

As long-time residents at their own parties, Max and Oli formed The Trip to bring their shared vision of groove-forward, genre-bending music to life—both behind the decks and in the studio. Now, with a string of acclaimed releases under their belt and a growing reputation for hypnotic, driving sets, they bring their finely-tuned sound to Australia for the very first time. This stop at Club Captain promises to be a highlight.
