Club Silly would like to acknowledge this event has been organised and will take place on stolen Whadjuk Noongar boodjar. We pay our respects to Elders past and present; and acknowledge the fierce queer mob, Sistergirls and Brotherboys in Boorloo and around the country who have led and continue to lead the fight for collective change. We are grateful that we get to share this creative space with community, connect and move our bodies together on what always was and always will be, Aboriginal Land.

We are keeping the first hour of the event chill to ease you into the night. Expect craft supplies, sensory toys, chill music at a lower volume. Perfect if you are flying solo and want to meet new peeps, prefer the start of parties, or need a little extra time to get comfy in a space.

⭑ If waiting in the entry queue is not compatible with your accessibility needs, let the door staff know and they will let you skip the queue.

⭑ Seating options: stools and wooden benches using the wall as backrest.

⭑ Low-intensity visual effects. No white strobes.

⭑ LOW STIM STARGAZING AREA: Accessible from the courtyard, the back car park will be open for you to take a break from the event. There will be neutral lighting, comfy outdoor seating and no speakers. There will be noise bleed from the courtyard and streets surrounding the venue. 

⭑ There will be a supply station in the courtyard with free goodies like ear plugs, condoms, phone charging station, panadol, lollipops, gum, tampons etc. (take what you need, leave what you don’t). 

⭑ There will be access to craft supplies, activities and sensory toys. 

⭑ TOILETS: There is 1 unisex accessible bathroom, gender-neutral toilets with urinals and FLINTA toilets (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, agender). Use the toilet makes you feel most comfortable. 

⭑ IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, event helpers will be identifiable with fluro yellow arm bands.

⭑ Masks are highly encouraged and appreciated. There will be free masks available upon entry and in the courtyard. We encourage you to bring your own if you can as we have limited supplies.

⭑ Please test before the event. If you test positive or a close contact of someone who has tested positive, please stay home.

⭑ Please use the hand sanitiser available to you around the venue

⭑ Venue staff will be given access to masks, hand sanitiser and are strongly encouraged to test and stay home if they test positive.

⭑ If you aren’t able to attend due to COVID, contact us and we will reimburse your ticket.

⭑ The dancefloor and low stim area are both outside for airflow. If you need a mask free breather outside the event you can exit and re-enter the venue via William Street (provided you have a stamp)
