Clubbercise! - Nightclub exercise class
Clubbercise is a fun, full-body workout with a BANGING soundtrack that gets great results and suits all fitness levels.
Work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks, exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90's classics to the latest chart hits.
Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow with high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. Suitable for ages 13+
