Offering maximum value for your precious time, we have combined 2 informative presentations into one short workshop.  Meet our 2 incredible speakers and learn from their wealth of knowledge and experience.  

Topic 1:   Club Finances Made Simple - Ensuring your Club’s financial viability and sustainability

Including:

  • Simple budgeting and reporting tips
  • How to develop a funding strategy & where to look for funding
  • How to obtain and retain sponsors
  • Where to find grants & how to prepare (and acquit) a successful grant application

Topic 2:   Volunteers and your Club

Including:

  • Making your club a destination of choice
  • Creating a contribution culture
  • Coordinating Volunteer effort
  • Retain, recognise and reward volunteers

Take advantage of this free event, learn tips to improve your club health, and network with other clubs and local representatives.
