Clubs Leaders Welfare Training - 2026 Executives

Arc Clubs is working with the Kingsford Legal Centre and UNSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Unit for a Clubs Leaders Welfare Training (2026 executives) 

We are inviting ONE 2026 Executives from ALL tiers of Clubs to come along to an important day of training. This will involve 3 very important trainings: 

1) Psycho-Social Hazard Law Changes: This is a training about new psycho-social hazard laws that were recently introduced, and how they impact Arc Clubs around their proactive requirements to eliminate bully, harassment and assault in their Clubs. 

2) How to Help a Friend: This training breaks down the simple steps you need to take to notice the signs that someone is struggling, gives you tips on how to reach out and what actions you can take to help.

3)  Navigating Sexual Harassment: Practical and legal strategies for understanding your rights. In this session, we will discuss what sexual harassment is, how it is different from sexual assault, what options someone who experiences sexual harassment might have and how to be a supportive bystander if you see or hear something that does not feel right
