Clubs SA Governance 101
Event description
Governance 101
Overview:
Clubs vary enormously in their purpose, structure, size and level of complexity but in law - and its heart - every club is responsible for ensuring that the members of the Board or Committee work together, as a effective team, to achieve the Club's Objectives in a way that is responsible, efficient and ethical.

She does this through the provision of short duration, high impact training programs and workshops and by providing tailored, affordable, practical, hands on help to 'get stuff' done.
