Navigating Conflict 101

Every Club occasionally experiences conflict or disputes between members, between members and the Committee or between Committee members. This module will help you understand the difference between complaints, conflict, disputes and appeals and how to properly manage each.

• Disciplining or removing a member

• Preventing unnecessary conflict, disputes and appeals.
