Rooted in Christ, Ready to Serve

Join us for CMDFA VISION 2027, from 23–25 January 2027 at Holy Cross Centre, Templestowe, Melbourne.

VISION is CMDFA’s annual conference to train, equip and connect Christian student leaders in healthcare as you prepare for campus ministry in the year ahead.

Through our theme, “Rooted in Christ, Ready to Serve”, we’ll explore what it means to be grounded in Christ and put Christian leadership into practice. We pray this conference will encourage you in God’s purposes and equip you to serve others faithfully.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow student leaders and local and interstate mentors, sharing encouragement and support as you navigate the joys and challenges of leadership.

Choose from registration with accommodation or a three-day visitor ticket without accommodation.

Early bird registration

Early bird pricing ends 30 November 2026

• Student leader with accommodation — $220

• Student leader, three-day visitor — $100

• Mentor/worker with accommodation — $330

• Mentor/worker, three-day visitor — $230

Standard registration

Standard pricing applies from 1 December 2026

• Student leader with accommodation — $240

• Student leader, three-day visitor — $120

• Mentor/worker with accommodation — $350

• Mentor/worker, three-day visitor — $250

Accommodation, meals and linen

Accommodation tickets include two nights’ accommodation—Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January—and breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Three-day visitor tickets include lunch and dinner. Breakfast and accommodation are not included.

Please bring your own linen, or select the optional $10 linen hire when booking.

If you require accommodation on Friday 22 January, please indicate this when registering. Friday-night accommodation is additional and subject to availability; the organisers will confirm arrangements and any extra cost.

Booking fees

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude Humanitix booking fees, which are added at checkout.

• Without accommodation: 16 January 2027 at 11:59 pm AEDT

Financial assistance

For student leaders, we don’t want the cost of flights or registration to be a barrier to attending. If you would like to apply for financial assistance from CMDFA, please indicate this when registering. A committee member will contact you to discuss your needs.

Transport and dietary requirements

Please let us know your dietary requirements when registering.

The registration form also asks whether you need transport to and from Melbourne Airport, whether you can help with airport transfers, and whether you’ll be driving to the conference. This will help the organising team plan transport arrangements.
