Fiona Hick - Company Director 

Fiona is a highly accomplished leader with over 29 years in the oil, gas, and mining industries, including senior roles at Fortescue, Rio Tinto, and Woodside, where she achieved the company’s top safety performance and global recognition for innovative incident prevention. She received the Outstanding Woman in Resources Award in 2019 and became the first female president of the Chamber of Minerals and Energy in 2021, advocating for women in the industry. Now a non-executive director at Evolution Mining, Fiona is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers. Passionate about mentoring, she supports female engineers and professionals and is committed to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders.

Fiona will deliver an engaging and insightful session, offering a blend of personal experiences, inspiring anecdotes, and valuable lessons.
