CNC Router Induction Session 2024
Event description
Come and learn how to safely operate our Workbee CNC router.
You'll learn how to prepare 2D cutting paths, how to secure workpieces, best practices for processing work and even how to change bits in the cutter. The Workbee CNC can cut a variety of materials including plastics, timbers, dense foams and even soft metals like aluminium, copper and brass.
This induction covers setup and safety of the machine, plus the steps in taking 2D vector artwork, and creating 2.5D cutting paths.Â
