Event description

Climate change is here.

Need a dose of optimism?

Ready to help shape a climate-resilient future?

Watch your bold, new ideas come to life in real time with the power of generative AI.

Decisive action on climate change is more than reducing emissions. We also need to consider how to adapt and build resilience, not just survive but thrive in our changing climate.

Using rapid ideation and generative AI, join us to discover how modern technology can bring positive ideas of the future to life.

By the end of this workshop, we will have leveraged the NSW Net Zero Future Act (2023) to visualise what an adapted and resilient NSW could look like, sparking your imagination about a positive future where people and the planet can thrive.

Hosted by NSW Government, Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW)

The Climate Change (Net Zero Future) Act 2023 legislates the NSW Government’s ambitious approach to addressing climate change. It sets a clear path to 2050 with emissions reduction targets, as well as an objective for NSW to be more resilient to a changing climate.

The Act commits the NSW government to effective action on climate change. To protect our communities, lands, skies and seas across NSW ensure a sustainable and fair future for generations to come.
