Notes about bookings:

1. Out of Pocket costs are required to be paid prior to the event. 

2. NDIS costs will be invoiced after the event and costs are based on the number of participants and staff attending each event. 

3. Please note, there are maximum numbers for each event and if an event is full, you will create a waiting list.
