We’ve had lots of people asking for another, so we’re bringing it back this week!
Join us to learn more about Co-Hive and how we support young adults with disability to build skills, confidence, and independence.
📅 Thursday, 9th October 
Each session runs for 60 mins which includes 45 minutes of formal presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A.
👥 Who should attend?
Co-Hive is for young adults with disability (age 17–35) who have low support needs.
These sessions are perfect for:
• Participants: Individuals with disability who want to build skills and confidence to move towards open employment
• Parents & Carers: Exploring post-school options and opportunities for their young person
• Allied Health Professionals: OTs, speech therapists, psychologists and others who support young adults with disability
• Teachers & Educators: Career advisors, learning support staff, support unit teachers, and transition support teachers
• NDIS Supports: Support coordinators and other relevant professionals assisting with plans and pathways
What you’ll learn:
• An overview of Co-Hive’s programs and the impact we’re making
• A look inside our School Leaver Transition Program (Term 4)
• How Co-Hive supports employment pathways, independence, and skill-building
• Guidance on NDIS funding and other supports you may need
• Stories and insights from current parents and participants about their journey with Co-Hive
