  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

🧗🏻‍♀️🥞Bouldering & Lunch at The Grounds! 🥞🧗🏻‍♀️

We're kicking things off with a bouldering session that’s perfect for all skill levels, followed by a delicious lunch at the beautiful Grounds of Alexandria. 

  • 🗓 Date: Friday 11th July 2025

  • ⏰ Time: 10am – 2:30pm

  • 📍 Meet & Dismissed at: Co-Hive

  • 🍽️ Highlights: Climb your way to the top and then unwind with a great meal and great company in a stunning setting!

  • 💸 Out of Pocket Cost: $30.00

  • 💸 NDIS Cost (paid after the event): $157.77 (based on 1:3 ratio) - *Subject to change after NDIS July price increases

  • 🕒 Last Date to Book by: Tuesday 24th June 2025

Notes about bookings:

  1. Out of Pocket costs are required to be paid prior to the event. 

  2. NDIS costs will be invoiced after the event and costs are based on the number of participants and staff attending each event. 

  3. Please note, there are maximum numbers for each event and if an event is full, you will create a waiting list.
