Co.nnect with Food by One Hundred Co. is a gourmet long dinner experience with sessions about nutrition for wellbeing, dining styling tips, as well as a 3-course delicious long dinner with paired wine. Co.nnect with others whilst you enjoy your beautiful dinner.

Join us for an exclusive gourmet long dinner with a meticulously crafted menu that promises to tantalize your taste buds.

Held in Bloom - a wonderful venue in Thebarton, SA. Enjoy a shared 3 course meal using local produce sourced form local farmers and suppliers, including seasonal ingredients from Bloom's head chef's farm, Sam Smith, in Montacute.

We will welcome you with a drink on arrival where you will have some time to meet new people or simply recharge your social battery in a warm and welcoming atmosphere whilst enjoying the garden surroundings before dinner commences.

But that's only the beginning. Whilst you enjoy a sumptuous dinner, this unique event will also offer three enriching sessions designed to enhance your overall wellbeing:

1. Nutrition & recipes: Through our cooking demonstration by our expert dietician, you will be inspired and empowered with tips and recipes to re-create amazing nutritious recipes at home with a few key ideas based around your experience on the night.
2. Mindfulness for work and home: Discover practical mindfulness techniques to boost productivity and bring peace into your daily life, both at work and at home.
3. Mindful tablescaping: We'll explore how beautiful and intentional tablescaping is, creating something that not only looks great, but also helps us find calm and appreciation in our everyday lives.
