(Online) Connecting Voices, Shaping Services: Co-Production in Bristol's Adult Social Care Information Sessions

A space to find out how your voice might be able to shape Bristol's services.

BDEF (Bristol Disability Equality Forum) is working with Bristol City Council's Adult Social Care team until March 2029 to make sure people with lived expertise help shape services and decisions.

Adult Social Care provides support to adults who need help to live independently. Co-production means people who use services work alongside the people who plan and deliver them. Together, they share ideas, make decisions, and help improve services.

Who is it for?

These sessions are for people with lived expertise of accessing Adult Social Care services (for yourself, for people you support). They will include:

• Find out more about the work being done and how you might be able to get involved

• Understand what co-production and co-design mean

• Ask questions

• Discover how you can help shape Adult Social Care in Bristol

You do not need previous experience of being part of this kind of project to come along.
