Limited to 15 participants. Monthly online co-resting & restoration space begins with a brief welcome. Then will transition to cameras and audio off. This time is for you to be in community as you engage in practices that restore you. We’ll come together about 15-minutes before the close to regroup for those who wish to, with the option to share.
