Event description
Kindness Coaches Assemble! For a morning of learning, inspiration and insight development that will enhance your leadership coaching practice.
Coach 2021/22 Full Houses bring together our amazing tribe of coaches to hear from and engage with an experienced leader in a field that is particularly relevant to kindness in leadership coaching.
For our November 2021 Full House, our inspiration will be Mariane Power - co-creator of the Bambuddha coaching program and developer of the BAM framework which guides the Bambuddha kindness coaching practice.
Mariane, known affectionately as Mazz, is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Performance.
Mariane’s big audacious goal is to see all unnecessary emotional pain and suffering eliminated within her lifetime, and she is obsessed with all things related to human potential. With over 15 years experience in consulting, facilitation and corporate training for personal and strategic growth, her experience as a Leadership Consultant and Coach in the corporate world, psychologist in private child and adolescent clinic, researcher writing on what makes life and work meaningful for people across the lifespan, and personal experience within a neuro-diverse family fuels her unique understanding of the necessary skills and mindsets required to design a kind, inclusive and impactful world and workforce. Â
Today, Mariane is the co-founder The Posify Group, a socially conscious education company equipping the next gen with a sense of purpose, and the human capability skills they'll need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. What self-kindness is and isn't, and how you and your coachees can develop and communicate your boundaries to safeguard yourselves against purpose-driven burnout
How to draw on the latest findings from science and spirituality to consciously balance your 'thinking' with 'doing' as a coach,Â
Evidence based mindfulness practices that help you to hold your life assumptions, stories and biases at the tip of your fingers with loving kindness, gifting you space to explore your coachee's worldview and perspective with a beginner's mind, to support meaningful action.Â
