WELCOME TO COACH 2022

We are very proud to welcome you as a selected coach to the 2022-2023 Bambuddha Group Coaching Program

This is your opportunity to learn about our program and what makes for a KIND coach. The morning will commence with some Bambuddha program essentials including:

1. Overview of the B.A.M coaching ethos
2. Inclusion in coaching training
3. Ethics framework
4. Psychological safety training
5. Overview of our impact and vision

This training is essential for all first-year coaches undertaking the program and will provide an overview to any changes for returning coaches.

Bambuddha Kindness Coaches are whole humans, with integrated heads and hearts, who have helped our collective community to amplify to the world all that is good and possible, we think that is mega!

So we wanted to bring everyone together Face to Face and Hybrid for those further away for a time to connect

The training will be followed by a networking lunch with program participants awards ceremony and a welcome to new members and contributors to the program.

The gift of time that you have donated to our programs enables us to ensure that for every paid member in our community, we can provide scholarships to leaders to reduce underrepresentation in business through leadership.
