Coach for Thriving Program (October 2025)

This experiential development program enables you to lead with the science and wisdom of thriving. Plus, you'll be exclusively qualified to use Be Well Lead Well Pulse®—a pioneering thriving leadership assessment—with your clients or team members.

What is the objective of this program?

A Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certification, this program uses the pioneering Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment to help you examine your thriving capacity and translate these insights into actionable strategies. Through hands-on learning and real-time feedback, you’ll learn how to apply the science of thriving in one-on-one leadership development and gain practices for enhancing stress resilience, emotional capacity, mindful decision-making, and wisdom.

By completing the program, you'll be exclusively qualified to bring the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® thriving leadership assessment system into your work as a leader, coach, strategist or leadership practitioner.

How many people will be in my program?

To ensure you receive individualized support, we limit certification programs to 24 participants. Please register soon to secure your spot. REGISTRATION CLOSES ON September 1, 2025.

What is the schedule? And how will the certification be administered?

1. One month before the remote workshop, you will receive a welcome letter and pre-workshop assignment. The assignment will take approximately 10 hours to complete and can be completed anytime prior to the first day of the remote workshop. 
2. During the 5-day remote workshop, October 6-10, 2025, you will engage in experiential learning sessions with your participant cohort from 9am-1pm US Eastern Time every day, plus complete self-directed learning modules. The workshop is hosted via Zoom and you'll need access to a computer with video and audio capabilities.

What is the price of the program?

$3,300 This includes all materials and support required for completing the program and a wealth of resources to support your professional practice.

For those who need professional development credits, the program is accredited through the International Coach Federation for Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Practitioners who complete the certification program in its entirety receive 30 CCE units (16 in Core Competencies and 14 in Resource Development).

We also offer an "Amplify Thriving" rate that provides a $300 discount in exchange for supporting thriving of three individuals prior to the workshop. We believe everyone has the capacity to amplify thriving for themselves and others, and these acts generate additional ripples of thriving.

What is required of me to get certified?

Your full participation is required to be able to utilize Be Well Lead Well Pulse® and receive continuing education credits.

This includes completion of the pre-learning assignment (approximately 10 hours), attendance for the entirety of the 5-day workshop on Zoom from 9am-1pm US Eastern Time each day, and an assessment of the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) for administering Be Well Lead Well Pulse®.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to finish the program once it has begun, you do not receive a refund. However, we will work with you to find a future program to complete your training.
