Maybe 2025 was full, messy, beautiful, heavy or a mix of everything. Maybe you’ve been craving a fresh start, a clearer direction or simply a gentler way of being.

I know this personally - each year brings its own layers of learning, letting go and realignment. And the moments when I’ve paused to reflect have helped me move more intentionally, instead of rushing into the next thing out of habit or pressure.

In this Coaching Circle, we’ll explore what truly matters to you in the year ahead. Through guided reflection and conversation, you’ll look back with honesty, look forward with clarity and choose a Word of the Year to anchor your energy, decisions and actions in 2026.

What to expect

Reflect on the year that's passed. What worked, what didn’t and what you’re proud of.
Notice the patterns, beliefs and stories you’re ready to release. The ones that made things heavier, harder or misaligned.
Explore what you want to welcome in the new year. Values, intentions, feelings, habits and ways of showing up.
Identify your personal Word of the Year. A simple, powerful guiding word that will help shape your choices and direction.
Benefit from small group sharing where listening and encouragement will help you get clear and motivated.

This circle is a gentle invitation to begin the year with intention. Not resolutions or pressure, but with grounded clarity about who you want to be and how you want to move forward.

Who's this for?

Coaching Circles by Unhidden Potential are for women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who are curious about personal growth and want to take courageous steps toward their WHAT-IFs. You are either born in Australia or migrated from other places and ideally with few years of work and life experience.

Come as you are with an open mind and heart. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected. No prior experience with coaching or group sessions is needed.

About Coaching Circles

Coaching Circles are small, heart-led gatherings where we slow down and engage in meaningful conversations that open up awareness and courage.

Each session explores a theme designed to spark reflection and self-discovery through thoughtful coaching conversations. It's an intimate experience simulating peer coaching in small groups to help you take time to pause, reflect, listen, share and connect.

The structure is designed to ensure a safe and supportive space for everyone to interact and get the most out of this time together. All discussions in the circle stays within the circle.

☕ Catering: Non-alcoholic drinks and healthy platters included.

Come in comfortable clothing as weather permitting we may take a stroll outside. There's ample parking in the adjacent park area, side streets or the shopping complex opposite side of the road.
