Event description

We invite you to join us for a thought-provoking webinar, co-hosted by Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership and our partners at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

This event will be hosted by our Director of Partnerships and Engagement, Catherine Woo, with special guest Charity Becker, Head of Coaching and Leader Development at IECL.

Event details

We regularly hear how Cranlana programs provide our learning leaders with a much needed opportunity to reflect, challenge and gain renewed clarity about what matters. But when the program ends and the intensity of working life returns, it can be difficult to make continued space for deep ethical practice.

This webinar explores how coaching - both formal and informal - can support leaders to keep ethical practice alive over time. In conversation with Charity Becker, Head of Coaching and Leader Development at our partner the Institute of Coaching and Leadership (IECL), we’ll explore how coaching models, tools and habits can help individuals and teams to build accountability, sustain ethical reflection and integrate values-based decision-making into their everyday.

Join us for a practical and reflective conversation on how leaders can use coaching to foster ethical inquiry, support thoughtful choices and embed these practices for themselves and their teams.
