Have you considered the 4th discipline to the Kathmandu Coast to Coast? Past coasters often say "I wish I paid more to my nutrition".

With pressure of increased training loads, tied in managing work and home life, nutrition is often an after thought.

Conrad has intensive background and experience working with coast to coasters, from the elite through to those that are completing the race for the first time. He is also the offical nutrition education provider for coast to coast.

In this seminar:

  • You will understand your training energy requirements, and how this changes over the week;
  • You will learn your signs of fatigue, hunger and underrating;
  • You will understand what volume and type of food you need to support your training AND train your body to manage for the big day;
  • You will learn how to obtain your sweat rates and how to hydrate effectively;
  • You will lean how to structure a race day plan, and key considerations...

This seminar will be recorded and available to those who have a ticket to review - however technology can cause problems so I would suggest watching this in person and use the video for review.

Also all attendees will get a BONUS PDF version of our coast to coast specific information sheets. 1. Nutrition for Training; 2. Nutrition for Race Day (with 3 seperate strategies: longest day, 2 day individual, Single/multiple events).
