Description
Monthly guided sound sessions designed to help your system slow down and reconnect.
If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, constantly “on”, or struggling to properly switch off… this space has been created to support your nervous system through immersive sound, stillness and rest.
Using Peter Hess® singing bowls and gong, the slower tones and vibration give the body something steady to respond to — helping the system soften into deeper states of calm and regulation.
You’ll be invited to simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself time to pause without needing to “do” anything.
This is a space to soften, settle, and reconnect.
A pause that helps you step out of the noise and come down from that constant internal activation.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided. You’re also welcome to bring along an extra pillow or anything additional that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Come on your own, or bring someone along who you know could use this too.

Extra Session Information
Coastal Sound Reset is designed to support the nervous system through immersive sound, vibration, stillness and rest.
The slower tones and rhythms help create the conditions for the body and mind to soften out of constant “on” mode, supporting deeper states of relaxation and restoration. As the body settles, brainwave activity can also begin to slow into calmer states associated with rest and integration.
Please arrive 5 minutes early where possible to allow yourself time to settle into the space and transition out of the busyness of the day.
As the body relaxes, body temperature can naturally drop slightly, so it’s recommended to bring along anything that will help you stay warm and comfortable.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided. You’re also welcome to bring along an extra pillow, padded mat, blanket, water bottle, or anything additional that helps you feel comfortable and supported laying down for the hour session.
To help you get the most from the experience:
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Place phones and smart watches on silent or do not disturb
• Use the bathroom beforehand if needed
• Try to avoid caffeine immediately prior to the session where possible
You may also like to take a quiet moment before arriving to reflect on what you’re needing more of right now whether that is rest, clarity, calm, release, a space to breathe, or simply time to slow down.
No experience is needed. Just come as you are, with openness, and allow yourself time to simply receive, rest and pause.
