Release the heaviness of winter, reconnect with yourself, and emerge refreshed, grounded and ready to welcome the energy of spring.

Join us for a nourishing two-night retreat in the beautiful natural scrublands of the Barossa, where you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with nature and return home to yourself.

As the seasons begin to shift, we'll gently move from the introspection of winter towards the fresh energy of spring through movement, rest, ritual and meaningful connection.

This is a small, intimate retreat where everything has been thoughtfully curated. From wholesome meals to mindful practices, you'll be cared for every step of the way, allowing you to simply arrive, breathe and be present.

Your retreat includes

Carmen is a natural incense crafter & an Earth based Practitioner. Weaving her love of plants throughout her offerings. A Horticulturist with an animist heart, Carmen aims to support others to deepen their connection to the wild of nature through Smoke medicine. A passionate bird watcher, she enjoys teaching others to map seasonal rhythms.

Deb - Seeking Peace Yoga
Deb is a trained teacher in Hatha, Yin, Pre and Post natal Yoga and Yoga Nidra, bringing a gentle, mindful approach to every class. Deeply inspired by nature, Deb finds joy and balance In the ocean, the forest and quiet moments spent outdoors. She is a proud family person, and the values of care, presence & connection are woven into every aspect of teaching.

Rachel - Rachel Hornby Naturopathy
With over twenty years of experience in the natural health field, Rachel bridges the worlds of clinical science and earth-based ritual. As a degree-qualified naturopath, herbalist, and nutritionist based in South Australia, her work is rooted in a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom and the healing rhythms of the natural world.

Together, we'll create a safe and nurturing space to honour the changing season, reconnect with yourself, and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer and renewed.
